Simply look for the
logo to enjoy free domestic shipping on selected items throughout the store.
All items are shipped by the method chosen by the customer during the checkout process and shipped to the address input by the customer.
Core Moto never changes the ship to address without the customer consent. It is the customers responsibility to correctly enter the address during checkout.
In most cases Core Moto will contact the customer if the shipment is deemed non deliverable by the method chosen.
However if the customer can not be reached, Core Moto will choose the closest available method for the address input by the customer.
Note: Shipping is calculated during checkout via Live Rate API integration, however some odd domestic locations and international locations occasionally do not calculate properly.
Or the API live rate was down at the time. In the case that a shipping method is grossly under charged we may contact you for further payment or order cancelation.
In cases where the shipping was grossly over charged, we may contact you to inform you of a refund for the difference to be applied to your card.
Shipments lost in transit are subject to case review by the shipping carrier. A track and trace inquiry must be made and we must wait for the final review from the shipping carrier.
In most cases lost or delayed shipments are recovered and delivered to the final destination.
In cases where the shipment is shown as delivered, but the customer claims they didn't receive the shipment.
The first step and most effective is for the receiver to check first with neighbors. In most cases this resolves the issue.
Due to fraud and scams being common, if the package tracking shows that the product was delivered the shipping carrier deems it as complete and Core Moto does as well.
Domestic and International shipments may be canceled by Core Moto if the ship to address can not be processed by the shipping system or if the address raises red flags as a high risk address for fraudulent orders. Core Moto reserves the right to cancel an order if the risk factor of fraud is high.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
- We are not a customs brokerage firm and we can not advise you on importation of goods.
